National Pingtung University established a partnership with Nommensen HKBP University, Indonesia on May the 26th. The delegation led by the Vice Rector of Development and Partnership Affairs, Dr. Hilman Pardede, has a great impression of NPTU and expects to have further collaborations after signing the MOU, and the exchange staff/student agreement.
