The admission packet (forthcoming by mail) contains the admission certificate, international student personal data form, application form for student dormitory, registration survey, items required for health certificate(Form B) and instructions that assist you with the enrollment process. All the information are also posted on the website here:

International student personal data form, application form for student dormitory, registration survey, a photocopy of passport and two passport-size bust photos shall be returned by August 18, 2016 to the Registration Section, Office of Academic Affairs, National Pingtung University, No.4-18 MinSheng Rd., Pingtung City, Pingtung County 900, Taiwan. E-mail: yuling@mail.nptu.edu.tw & yph@mail.nptu.edu.tw. Those failing to return the Registration Survey by the prescribed date will forfeit the qualification for admission.

Students shall come to Office of International Affairs at 3^rd Floor Administrative Bldg. Pingshang Campus from 9am to 12am. Contact number: +886-8-7663800 ext.17102. The registration date is September 7 (Wednesday), 2016. Please submit the following documents upon registration.)

1. One photocopy of the applicant's highest education diploma authenticated with the official stamp by the Taiwan's overseas embassies or representative offices. Please attach the Chinese or English version with the official stamp if the original diploma is not in English or Chinese.

2. One official transcript of the highest degree authenticated with the official stamp by the Taiwan's overseas embassies or representative offices.

3. Items required for health certificate (Form B)

*Attention: Please be aware that you have to hand out above 3 documents, or you won’t be allowed to register.

※Applicants of the academic credentials from Mainland China shall follow the Regulations Governing the Accreditation of Schools in Mainland China to submit the original documents; the academic credentials from Hong Kong or Macao shall be subject to the Academic Credential Verification and Accreditation Methods adopted in Hong Kong and Macao. Academic credentials from Malaysia are required to be verified with official stamps by the Taiwan's overseas office or the Federation of Alumni of Taiwan Universities in Malaysia.

Also, If any document submitted is found to be false, the enrollment qualification will be cancelled.
