NPTU as a member of Taiwan Higher Education delegation, formed by representatives from 36 Taiwan universities, shows off in Yangon and Mandalay on the 3^rd and 5^th of July. Hundreds of young students as well as teachers visited NPTU’s booth, showing their interests in our school. This ice-breaking tour opens up a new page of Taiwan-Myanmar relationships in education and successfully promote study in Taiwan.

   In the education fair, President Mike Y. K. Guu played a role of “Super Salesman” introducing the high quality learning environment to the participants. He also met several alumni who were trained at NPUE many years ago. They are now principal and teachers in Myanmar Confucius schools. President Mike also met rectors of University of Yangon and Mandalay to discuss future cooperation and partnerships.

   On the celebration banquet in Mandalay, Mike Y. K. Guu gave a speech on behave of the Taiwan Higher Education Delegation to cheer up the success of this fair and to show our sincere appreciation to the local leaders for their supports and efforts to educating young overseas Chinese.
