President of National Pingtung University, Mike Y. K. Guu led a delegation including vice president, Ying-Wei Liu, Dean of Office of International Affairs, Ted Y. C. Liu, Director of International Students, Shih-Ping Wang, and President Office Secretary Hsi-hua Hsieh visited Hong Kong from April 5 to 8, 2016 for purposes of recruiting students and reaching out academic cooperation. During this trip, NPTU delegation not only established a partnership with Hong Kong Shue Yan University, but also visited the top universities including Hong Kong Chinese University and Hong Kong Institute of Education, and had a meeting with high school presidents. NPTU keeps moving forward to a university with a global view!
