泰國NPRU副校長蒞臨國立屏東大學　簽署合作備忘錄 共創國際交流新契機

為深化國際學術合作與推動教育國際化，泰國 Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University（簡稱 NPRU）副校長 Nitthita Chirdchoo 教授於2025年6月25日正式蒞臨國立屏東大學進行訪問交流。此次來訪，雙方秉持互惠共榮的精神，完成雙邊合作備忘錄（MOU）簽署，為未來跨校合作奠定堅實基礎。

簽署儀式由國立屏東大學陳永森校長親自主持，並邀集校內行政與教學團隊共同出席見證。與會貴賓包括劉英偉副校長、國際事務長陳皇州教授、副國際事務長陳佑博士等，展現本校對此次國際交流之高度重視。

Nitthita 副校長亦在簽署會後，與本校團隊就未來雙邊合作方向進行深入交流，探討內容涵蓋教師互訪、學生交換、雙聯學位、語言與文化推廣以及聯合研究等多元面向，雙方均展現強烈合作意願，並已初步規劃後續具體行動方案。

Nitthita 副校長對屏東大學在區域發展、教育創新以及國際連結上的成果表示高度讚賞，期望透過此次合作平台，進一步強化泰國與臺灣在高等教育領域的連結，攜手共創更多學術與文化交流的機會。

國立屏東大學持續致力於拓展國際學術網絡，此次與 NPRU 的合作不僅象徵臺泰兩國高教夥伴關係的重要里程碑，更為本校師生提供更寬廣的國際學習與發展舞台，實踐本校「在地扎根，放眼國際」的願景與使命。

Vice President of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University Visits National Pingtung University and Signs MOU to Foster International Collaboration

To strengthen academic collaboration and promote internationalization, Dr. Nitthita Chirdchoo, Vice President of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU), Thailand, visited National Pingtung University (NPTU) on June 25, 2025. The visit marked a significant step forward in bilateral cooperation, as both universities formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), laying a solid foundation for future partnership.

The signing ceremony was presided over by NPTU President Dr. Yung-Sen Chen, and was attended by key university administrators, including Vice President Dr. Ying-Wei Liu, Dean of International Affairs Dr. Huang-Chou Chen, and Associate Dean Dr. Yu Chen. Their presence demonstrated the university’s strong commitment to international engagement and partnership building.

Following the ceremony, Vice President Nitthita engaged in in-depth discussions with NPTU faculty members on potential collaborative areas. Topics included faculty and student exchanges, dual degree programs, language and cultural promotion, and joint research initiatives. Both parties expressed strong enthusiasm for meaningful and sustainable collaboration and outlined initial plans for future implementation.

Vice President Nitthita expressed high regard for NPTU’s achievements in regional development, educational innovation, and international outreach. She voiced optimism that the partnership between NPRU and NPTU would further strengthen academic and cultural ties between Thailand and Taiwan, bringing mutual benefits to faculty and students of both institutions.

National Pingtung University continues to actively expand its global academic network. This partnership with NPRU signifies not only a milestone in Taiwan–Thailand higher education cooperation but also creates more opportunities for NPTU students and faculty to engage in diverse international experiences. It reflects the university’s mission to remain deeply rooted locally while embracing a global outlook.
