申請時程Application Schedule:

1. 申請時間Application period : 即日起至2024年9月5日下午5點止(Apply from now until 5 p.m. on Sep. 5, 2024.), 逾期不受理。Late submissions will not be accepted.

※備註Note:申請者僅需於申請期間內繳交第一階段所需文件。Applicants only need to submit the documents required for the first stage within the application period.

2. 預計9月底公告於國際事務處網站上，經審查後，通過審查申請者名單及其第二階段所需文件繳交期限，逾期不受理。Announce the list of applicants who pass the review and the deadline for submitting documents required for the second stage on the website of the Office of International Affairs. Late submissions will not be accepted.

申請資格Application Eligibility:

1. 限研究所境外學生 (不包含新型專班)申請。Only for applications from overseas graduate students (excluding those in iSMART programs).
2. 申請學生須有專屬指導教授並確認論文研究題目，且與指導教授確認研究工作協助事項。Applicants must already have a dedicated advisor and confirm the thesis research topic, and confirm research assistance matters with the advisor.

• 申請流程共分為兩個階段 The application process was divided into two stages.
  1. 第一階段提出申請。The first stage is to submit an application.
  2. 第二階段申請學生經審查後，其通過者，於公告明定期限內(暫訂10月底) 繳交論文研究學習計畫指導評量表，且評分成績達80分以上，將予以核發一次性獎學金新臺幣15,000元。After the qualification review of the applying students, those who pass the review must submit the "Research Scholarship Student Thesis Research Study Plan Guidance Evaluation Form" within the application deadline. If the evaluation score reaches 80 points or above, a one-time scholarship of NTD 15,000 will be granted.

應繳交文件Documents to be submitted:

• 第一階段所需繳交文件Documents required for the first stage:
  1. 本校歷年成績單(含操行成績)等文件，若為碩士班新生則提供大學歷年成績單 The university's transcripts from previous years (including conduct scores). Master's program freshmen should provide undergraduate transcripts from all previous years.
  2. 獎助型兼任助理僱用表Part-time Assistant Employment and Grant Application Form
  3. 論文研究學習指導實施計畫Research Scholarship Student Thesis Research Study Plan Guidance Evaluation Form
  4. 關係型態同意書 Research Scholarship Recipient Relationship Agreement (一式3份This consent form (Agreement) is in three copies.)
