Delegates from Kasetsart University at Sakon Nakhon Thailand, Vice Dean for Administration Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Science, Dr. Siriluk Pichainarongk and Head of Food Technology and Food Safety Department in the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agro-Industry, Dr. Chuenjit Chancharoonpong visited National Pingtung University on June the 5^th to seek for possible collaborations. Dr. Siriluk and Dr. Chuenjit had very good impression of our teaching environment and facilities after visiting several departments including English, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing etc… They also had a very good conversation with Dean Tseng of College of Management regarding future student exchange/activity opportunities.

Kasetsart University (KU or Kaset) is a public university in Thailand. It is ranked in the 651-700 tranche in the QS World University Rankings 2015/16. It was the first agricultural university and the third oldest university in Thailand. It was established on 2 February 1943, to promote subjects related to agricultural science. Since then, Kasetsart University has expanded its subject areas to cover economics, business administration, veterinary medicine, engineering, science, social sciences, humanities, education, and architecture. The university also intends to include medicine and health science in the future. Kasetsart University is in Bang Khen, Bangkok, and now has four campuses, with an enrolment of approximately 67,000 students. It is the largest university in Thailand.
