The 2nd Anniversary of National Pingtung University was joyfully celebrated by a serious of activities and events held by the Office of International Affairs this year, lighting up the birthday candles for this young comprehensive university in southern Taiwan. Delegations of NPTU's global partner universities including Hyogo University of Teacher Education from Japan, Quanzhou Normal, Lingnan Normal, Shanghai Normal, Guangzhou Universities from China, Uttaradit Rajabhat University from Thailand, Thu Dau Mot University from Vietnam also brought their most sincere greetings at this cheerful moment.
