日本一關市市長率團訪問國立屏東大學 深化教育與產業國際合作

Ichinoseki Mayor Visits National Pingtung University to Deepen Educational and Industrial Cooperation

【國立屏東大學訊/國際交流報導】為促進臺日教育與產業合作,114年7月16日,日本岩手縣一關市市長佐藤善仁先生率領訪問團蒞臨國立屏東大學進行交流訪問,由校長陳永森教授親自接待,雙方就高等教育、實習交流、文化體驗及城鄉創生等議題展開深入討論。
[NPTU International Affairs] On July 16, 2025, Mayor Yoshihito Sato of Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, led a delegation to visit National Pingtung University (NPTU). President Dr. Yung-Sen Chen extended a warm welcome, and both parties engaged in fruitful discussions on topics such as higher education, student internships, cultural exchange, and regional revitalization.

本次訪團成員包括一關市商工勞動部長小野寺正壽先生、Matsumura Consulting Inc.代表松村勳先生、一關市地域活性化起業人藍珮華小姐,以及台灣大美國際文化執行長蔡佩伶小姐與總監蔡淑伶小姐。
The visiting delegation included Mr. Masatoshi Onodera, Director of Industry and Labor Department of Ichinoseki City, Mr. Isao Matsumura of Matsumura Consulting Inc., Ms. Pei-Hua Lan, a local revitalization entrepreneur in Ichinoseki, as well as Ms. Pei-Ling Tsai and Ms. Shu-Ling Tsai, CEO and Director of Taiwan Damei International Culture respectively.

屏東大學出席人員則有副校長曾紀幸教授、教育學院院長李雅婷教授、師資培育中心主任陳雅鈴教授、文化創意產業學系主任林思玲教授、教育學系楊智穎教授與國際事務處副處長陳佑副教授。
NPTU’s delegation included Vice President Prof. Chi-Hsing Tseng, Dean of the College of Education Prof. Ya-Ting Lee, Director of the Teacher Education Center Prof. Ya-Ling Chen, Chair of the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries Prof. Ssu-Ling Lin, Prof. Chih-Ying Yang from the Department of Education, and Associate Prof. Yu Chen, Deputy Director of the Office of International Affairs.

陳永森校長於會中指出,屏東大學長期致力於推動地方教育與產業服務,秉持「屏東市的事,就是屏東大學的事」的精神,積極與在地連結。
During the meeting, President Chen emphasized that NPTU is deeply committed to serving local education and industries, upholding the belief that “the affairs of Pingtung City are the affairs of NPTU.”

他進一步介紹,學校目前與日本廣島大學、捷克馬薩里克大學進行太空科技合作,未來將朝綜合大學方向多元發展。他期盼未來能與一關市推動技職專班合作,協助學生來臺取得學位、實習與生活體驗,並提供多元獎學金。同時,也歡迎一關市學生參與本校的「海外見實習計畫」,到臺灣小學、中學見習,深入理解臺灣教育。
He further shared that NPTU currently collaborates with Hiroshima University (Japan) and Masaryk University (Czech Republic) in the field of space technology, with future plans to grow as a comprehensive university. He looks forward to collaborating with Ichinoseki on technical and vocational programs, including degree acquisition, internships, and scholarship opportunities. NPTU also welcomes Ichinoseki students to join its "Overseas Teaching Internship Program" and gain firsthand experience in Taiwan’s elementary and secondary education.

一關市市長佐藤善仁先生分享,一關市曾是2011年311大地震海嘯影響的邊界城市之一,他當時身為市政府局長,領導團隊推動「復舊」與「復興」。目前一關市正處於振興再生的階段,積極推動新型都市建設與人才培育。
Mayor Sato shared that Ichinoseki was one of the cities impacted by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. As the Director at the time, he led recovery and revitalization efforts. The city is now in the regeneration phase, focusing on developing innovative urban areas and nurturing young talent.

他表示,一關市也將設立實驗中心,推動量子科技、工學等創新領域,期待與屏東大學展開合作,鼓勵青年跨國移動與職能培養。他認為,年輕人在異地學習、體驗不同文化,是重要且值得支持的方向。
He noted that Ichinoseki is planning to establish a new experimental center for quantum science and engineering. He expressed strong interest in cooperating with NPTU, encouraging cross-border youth mobility and skill development. He emphasized the importance of young people studying abroad and experiencing different cultures.

文化創意產業學系主任林思玲教授則說明,該系設有文化創意產業實務體驗課程,學生可於暑期進入產業現場服務,為期兩個月。若未來能與一關市建立文化與產業合作關係,將有助於推廣當地文化,吸引更多國際青年深入了解日本地方創生實踐。
Prof. Ssu-Ling Lin, Chair of the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries, introduced their summer internship program, which allows students to engage in two-month field-based learning in related industries. She noted that future cooperation with Ichinoseki in culture and industry could significantly promote the city’s identity and attract international youth interested in rural revitalization and cultural heritage.

本次交流不僅深化了臺日雙邊在教育與產業的合作可能,也為國立屏東大學拓展國際網絡、實踐社會責任注入新的動能。
This meaningful exchange has not only strengthened Taiwan-Japan collaboration in education and industry but also provided new momentum for NPTU’s commitment to global partnerships and social responsibility.
