2. 申請資格Application Eligibility:

1. 申請者須於離校或離境前一個月內備齊文件(報考檢定(正式)收據及華語檢定成績證明(影本)且繳交至國際事務處國際長室 (請交給欣雲Xin Yun)。逾期、缺件，皆視為未完成申請作業。Applicants must prepare all required documents, including official receipts as proof and a photocopy of the TOCFL certificate, and submit them to the Office of International Affairs, specifically to the Dean's office (please hand them to Xin Yun), at least one month before leaving the school or the country. Those who submit late or are missing documents will be considered as not having completed the application process.
2. 依前項(離校或離境前一個月內)規定，因個人因素如回國(班機)時間導致申請者無法於受補助期間內領取補助金額，將視同放棄。In accordance with the provision of the previous Paragraph (at least one month before leaving the school or the country.), if due to personal reasons such as the timing of returning to the country (flight schedule), the applicant is unable to collect the subsidy amount during the subsidy period it will be considered as forfeiture.

3. 申請者須於申請期限內繳交報考檢定(正式)收據及華語檢定成績證明(影本) 至國際事務處國際長室(請交給欣雲Xin Yun)，逾期不受理。Applicants must submit the official receipts as proof and Photocopy of the TOCFL certificate.to the Office of International Affairs, specifically to the International Dean's Office (please hand them to Xin Yun), within the application deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

華語測驗檢定TOCFL:

1. 限以外籍生身分入學且母語為非華語或入學前之教育學習階段皆非以華語授課者。Only for international students whose native language is not Chinese or whose educational learning stage prior to admission did not involve instruction in Chinese.
2. 在校期間，外籍生於補助期限內報考我國華語文能力測驗，補助測驗報名費用，且通過檢定者，則依通過等級給予一次性獎學金。During their study time at school, international students who take TOCFL test in Taiwan within the subsidy period will have their test registration fees subsidized. Those who pass the test will receive a one-time scholarship according to the level they achieve:

• 入門基礎級(A2) Band A ( A2):新臺幣（以下同）一千五百元整。NTD 1500 (hereinafter the same).
• 進階高階級(B1、B2) Band B (B1、B2): B1等級：二千元整； B2等級：四千元整。B1: NTD 2000; B2; NTD 4000
• 流利精通級(C1、C2) Band C (C1、C2): C1等級：六千元整； C2等級：八千元整。C1: NTD 6000; C2: NTD 8000

3. 每人在學期間僅限申請乙次獎學金補助。Each person is limited to applying for a scholarship grant only once; during the study time at school.

備註Note: 經審核通過者，依辦法規定發放一次性獎學金。Those who pass the review will be granted a one-time scholarship according to the Regulations.

應繳交文件Documents to be submitted:

1.報考檢定(正式)收據，且收據日期須為今年度(2024年)。Official receipts as proof and the date on the receipt must be for this fiscal year (2024).

2.華語檢定成績證明影本，且考試時間須為今年度(2024年)。Photocopy of the TOCFL certificate and the test date must be within this year (2024).
